Yale Men ranked 9th in USILA/Nike Poll

Yale vs. Maryland Men's Lacrosse

NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale University men’s lacrosse team enters the 2016 season ranked No. 9 in the USILA/Nike Pre-season Coaches Poll.

The Bulldogs were the highest ranked of the four Ivy League teams that made it into the 25-team list, which includes Brown (10), Harvard (15) and Cornell (17).

Last year, the Elis won three regular-season games against opponents ranked in the 2016 pre-season poll, including a victory over No. 4 Maryland. The full rankings can be seen below.

Yale opens its season on the road on Feb. 20 versus UMass-Lowell.
